Document Description: Document Description: The Standing Commission on Ministry Development has completed the revision of the Title III ministry canons begun in the previous triennium. Using information gathered from provincial Commissions on Ministry and a web survey of dioceses, the SCMD Blue Book Report to the 2006 General Convention includes a summary and the complete text of the proposed revisions. That part of the Blue Book is reproduced here.

Deleted, added and revised text sections are indicated in this version of the proposed 2006 Title III canonical revisions.
Document Description: This document seeks to outline which text in the existing canons as approved at the 74th General Convention in 2003 would be deleted and which would be added in order to result in the text printed in the report of the Standing Commission on Ministry Development in the Blue Book for the 75th General Convention in 2006. We cannot guarantee complete accuracy. The Ministry Legislative Committee will produce the final drafts for debate and vote on the floor of Convention.
