The Lambeth Commission on Communion published its report (Windsor Report) at a news conference in St. Paul 's Cathedral, London , on Monday, October 18, 2004 . Archbishop Robin Eames , Primate of All Ireland and chairman of the commission, gave a short presentation on the document.
