Pastoral Leadership Search Effort (PLSE)

Discernment is something we do as a community. Through our relationships with others, we listen and tune in to what God might be saying to us. We do not discern on our own.

PLSE seeks to identify young persons who might have the skills and interests to pursue an active role as lay or ordained leader in the Episcopal Church. 

PLSE seeks to promote and provide conversations, occasions, and resources for vocational discernment and leadership development opportunities among the 16-30 year old constituency of the Episcopal Church.

PLSE provides a different sort of community - one in which young people from all over the Episcopal Church join in conversations about discernment, through our blog and our amazing community of mentors.
