2008 ANNUAL FACE to FACE
WHAT: An intensive weekend workshop for Diocesan UTO Coordinators
WHERE: Todd Hall, Columbia, Illinois (http://www.toddhallrc.org). This beautiful Episcopal retreat center, nestled in a wooded environment, provides sanctuary for people and wildlife. Please dress casually.
WHEN: August 1-3, 2008. Fly into St. Louis Airport (STL), arriving at the airport by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, August 1, and please do not schedule your return flight before 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 3.
WHY: This workshop offers practical “ways & means” for UTO Diocesan Coordinators and provides opportunities to share experiences, learn more about the United Thank Offering, and become more effective in your diocese.
WHO: Every Diocesan Coordinator or future coordinator who has not previously attended.
HOW ... about expenses & cost? The United Thank Offering Committee will reimburse up to $600 (total, whether 1 or 2 persons attending) per diocese for travel expenses; a reimbursement form will be provided. Your lodging, meals, and materials are all provided by the Committee. Your only cost is your time!
